Edith Clifford

Welcome to Glenn Robison’s Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can’t not tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and ’30s.

Do you know who this lovely lady is? She’s vaudeville singer, actress and comedienne Edith Clifford and you’ll hear one of her recordings in the “million dollar” segment of this week’s edition of the show, In other segments we’ll celebrate International and World Whisk(e)y Days, take a musical trip to Birmingham, and hear a couple of tunes about annelida (worms!) And there’ll also be a doctoral segment. There’s lots of great music and interesting information so set aside an hour with your favorite beverage and prepare to be transported back to a different–and we think better–musical era.

THANKS FOR LISTENING! ENJOY THE SHOW!
