Zack is currently the CEO of Ovation. A customer experience and engagement platform for brick and mortar businesses. 1 exit from a startup and 1 int'l NGO, rung the NASDAQ bell, and named Top 100 Entrepreneurs by Vspring Capital, wrote a book and over 350 articles, been to 47 countries and 6 continents. In 2009 Zack started Imply Labs. He cultivated the concept of predictive buying through social media analysis, formed a team and licensed the technology first on GiveEmThis.com, a personalized gift engine. After selling that company, he returned to get his MBA at BYU. In addition to being featured in Wall Street Journal, NYTimes, Wired Magazine, Mashable and other major publications, he has been a partner in five other startups focusing on marketing, sales, biz dev and strategic planning and advised dozens of entrepreneurs. In 2008, Zack also started Courage to Hope, a non-profit that is still assisting battered women's shelters in Ukraine. In 2015, after over 1,000 dates, he met and married his wife.
