If you live in the Southeast United States, you know Appalachian State University. If you know anything about the Mountaineers, you'll recall where you were the day the Black & Gold upset the mighty Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor.
Jerry Moore was head coach at Appalachian State from 1989-2012, amassing 10 Southern Conference Championships, 3 FCS National Titles, and that giant-killing win over Michigan.
All of the above may have never happened, but for one day, a successful, up-and-coming real estate developer got the pull to go watch a football practice.
Listen in as Jerry Moore tells us how he reenergized a Hall of Fame career and what drew him back to the profession he loved, even if it meant walking away from millions.
