Crime and disorder are out of control and polliticians claim it's only perception. Who can we believe? Three seasoned cops pull no punches discussing violence, fear and disorder in New York City. The numbers show that murder, rape, robbery, assaults and theft are on the rise but the numbers don't tell the whole story.
