In this episode, Dalyn Hazell sits down with Eric Martel to discuss the ins and outs of Real Estate Investing, Financial Freedom, Passive Income and Taxes.

Eric Martel purchased his first apartment building at just 18 years of age while still at university. After graduation, in his position as an actuary, he was dismayed to see hundreds of company pension plans being rolled over into 401(k)s shifting the retirement risk to employees. This made him reconsider traditional beliefs about saving for retirement. After the Dotcom crash of 2001, Eric started looking for ways to earn passive income and founded MartelTurnkey with his family. Eric now shares what he has learned, so you too can stop trading your time for money.

Key takeaways from this episode:

  • Shift your mindset and start real estate investing at a very young age to retire early.
  • Learn from Eric how to start investing with no money and know that it is still feasible today!
  • Know Eric’s opinion about future retirement, 401K’s and pensions and IRAs and learn how to convert savings into different passive income streams.
  • The advantages of going to turnkey providers
  • Dig into the barriers of financial freedom and know the primary reasons why people are not achieving it.
  • And a lot more exciting topics.
