Meet our guests:

LINDA PIERCE BOOSINGER - Born and raised in mountains of Lynchburg, Virginia. Fell in the construction trade in 1988, creating mathematical cut sheets for a stair company in Haymarket. Purchased first home in 1997 at age 21. She created and SOLD over 10 Companies and built an Events and Conference business with clients including, The NFL, the Daytime Emmy’s, and even European Royalty. Events which raised money for over 100 different charities Nation-wide.

As a “Hobby” she started to renovate or restore homes, and now has over 50 Homes in her portfolio. She purchased and restored multiple Historic “hard to sell” properties and worked along side local Government to create the first Bed & Breakfast Ordinance within Historic neighborhoods to allow legal short-term rentals. She broke the City Record for highest SOLD property in the City, off water – Pre Covid.

Serves as Chair & Vice Chair for the Cities Historic Preservation Advisory Board and the City’s Board of Adjustment & Appeals. Currently the Founder and Chief Designer of Restoration & Interior Design Professionals. She is married to Rob who served in the United States Air Force for 22 years, serving multiple tours. They have 6 children and 1 grandchild.

CHRISTINE ALLOCCA - Christine Allocca is a DMV area Realtor, investor, and evangelist for the benefits of real estate investment. In 2010, while standing in her rented apartment, her father gave her the inspiration to dream big with the idea that one day she could be the owner of a big apartment building.

Since then, she has explored everything from commercial to residential, including an urban condo conversion, fix and flips, wholesaling and private lending. She is currently leading a small group of private lenders who buy single family homes and apartment buildings while looking forward to the next big thing — a short term rental unit in Portugal so she can split her time between DC and a golden beach.
