Arn Cenedella is a seasoned real estate investor and professional with over 46 years of experience in the industry. Holding a master's degree in physical chemistry from the University of Michigan, Arn initially pursued a career in science before transitioning into real estate. Growing up in the heart of Silicon Valley, he started his journey in residential real estate in Menlo Park, California, in 1978. Currently, Arn operates out of Greenville, South Carolina, focusing on multifamily properties and working with Spark Investment Group. His extensive knowledge and strategic approach to real estate investment have facilitated numerous successful ventures across various markets.
