Raquel Adkins and her husband Kyle bring together a history of continued investing and business success. Kyle brings a rich background in construction management, having built $100M+ in single-family homes, $150M+ in commercial building ground-up construction now focusing on value-add and ground-up multifamily. Raquel has a business degree with a couple of successful start-up businesses, her main focus is managing her real estate funds and investing in multifamily, and short-term rentals. Together they hold $76M AUM which consists of a 550-door portfolio of multifamily assets.
