Here is the new form that all home buyers are going to have to be acquainted with. The Compensation Agreement stipulates what a real estate broker in Colorado is going to charge for their services to you. Please note, this form does not obligate you to work with the real estate broker, it is merely a disclosure so that you are aware of the potential charges if you move forward with this agent. There are many nuances and everything is negotiable as you move forward but this video gives a basic explanation of what this form means.
