Alex Bracke is the owner and founder of the Alex Bracke Real Estate Group at Pearson Smith Realty. After being in law enforcement for 10+ years Alex decided to get his real estate license. For the first 5 months in real estate he worked from 5pm to 5am as a police officer and then came into the office to develop his real estate business, often times sleeping no more than 2 hours a night. In the first 2 years as a full time real estate professional Alex has sold $20 Million worth of real estate and developed a team of 2 staff and 2 sales agents (talk about a good start). He shared a ton of insight regarding how to get your business up and profitable in a short period. This is an absolute must listen for any agent looking to get started and get started right in their own real estate business.
