Keri Shull is the Founder of the Keri Shull Team and is one of, if not the fastest growing real estate agent in the entire country. She has grown her 21 competed transactions in 2009 to 368 completed transactions in 2015. She graciously spends nearly an hour sharing much of what she has learned on her rocket ship of a business over the last 6 years. Keri credits much of her ability to break into what many considered an area already dominated, to her willingness to “reverse the risk” for her clients. She shares why she was willing to risk her commission, as a way to stand by her commitment to excellence in serving her clients, and most importantly how that helped launch her business growth. Keri’s team is now made up of 36 individuals and she shares exactly how they designate responsibilities for each of those people/departments. Listen closely as Keri shares how she has completely dominated the Arlington VA area and where she plans to go from here.
In addition Keri shares more about
- What her daily schedule looks like.
- Some of the fun/cool things she does for her team members.
- How and why she took over 400 people to a Nationals game.
- Some of the many Guarantees she provides her clients to ensure she is a partner in their real estate success.
- What are some of the most important lead generation sources for her business success.
