Michelle Smith is the founder of Curated with Conscience, an ethical, sustainable and humanitarian gift hamper company from Melbourne. A self-styled social justice activist, she started by being informed about where she spent her own money and then wanted to take it even further. After having her first child she began Curated with Conscience as she didn’t want to go back to her corporate career. In this raw and honest interview Michelle shares on becoming a single mum and what it means to her to not only provide jobs to her staff but also to give back to ethical organisations too.
