In the 1900s, the sky would be engulfed in flames. It would be unknown for a while what had happened but all anyone knew is the sound could be heard from thousands of miles away. As the flames spread and ultimately subsided, explorers would head in to find trees flattened for several miles all around. Even to to this day we are not absolutely sure what the toll on the life was in the area, just that the numbers of reindeer in the area plummeted. So in todays episode, lets discuss the Tunguska event and figure out what happened!
