Why He Left the Church . . . For Now
Manage episode 311886406 series 3197179
On this week’s podcast, we hear from Reid Bervik, a 25-year-old Millennial who was raised in an Evangelical Christian home. Through a series of experiences, he chose to stop attending church 2 1/2 years ago. Reid opens up about his craving for mentorship and the lens in which he views Christianity after some painful relationships with other Christians. This podcast is a first in a series of why Millennials are leaving organized church as we know it. Please comment on Reid’s story in the comment section below. Share with integrity and know that my purpose in this series is to build up the Body of Christ. I believe it is God’s passion to bring each one of His children back to Himself and we have no idea what that might look like.
