Dr. Flowers is the assistant dean for anti-racism, equity, and inclusion at the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Education, Health and Human Behavior.

Dr. Kelvin Rutledge is the Associate VP for Institutional Inclusive Strategies & Change Management at Southern Connecticut State University.
