Cottage Advisors is a family owned business that began in 2012 by building seasonal communities in Maine. By 2015 they were building year-round homes in "Cottage Communities". These communities are developments in which homes are nestled together in order to allow residents to make connections with their neighbors and to allow for the use of open space througout the community. The Cottage Advisors are currently working on three new develpments: The Cottages at Drakes Landing located in West Newbury, Massachusetts, The Cottage at Port Place located in Newburyport, Massachusetts and The Porches of Kennebunk in Kennebunkport, Maine.
