Instead, only 3% goes to small businesses, thanks to lobbyists and the Pentagon who make sure that money goes to America’s biggest companies. America’s middle class suffers as a result. Mr. Chapman has won a record 110 legal battles against the federal government. No wonder Robert F. Kennedy Jr. praised him so highly on their recent podcast.
