You like different things, right?? So it sort of makes sense that others do also. When you are hungry, you are willing to try almost anything. This is true when entrepreneurs first start their business. But then many of them get stuck in a routine and become complacent. They begin to have belief systems that slowly put the nails in their business's coffin. They forget how to serve their customer, and these days that is the kiss of death. If you are blessed enough to be in a small town and you are the only provider of a critical service, then maybe your safe. Well, at least until you tick someone off and then they become the competition that puts your lights out. Marketing is not different. Be open to varying platforms and communication mediums.
