Beyond just the makeup and beauty aspects she often discusses challenging topics from online bullying, coping with trauma, her own personal struggles and how she overcomes them. She is known for her positivity and encouragement. Her ultimate goal is to help people feel loved and make them feel happy.

He has spoken at over 600 schools, events, conferences, and companies around the world and is passionate about helping people create lives filled with compassion and love. In 2016, he co-founded CharacterStrong to help infuse character, empathy, and connection into education. Houston believes in the power of story and practical exercise to shape a more loving world.
