From The sermon series "O King I have done no harm"REMAIN DEVOTED TO GOD (Daniel 6) Daniel stands as a man who has been given the full script by the Director, and he knows so well how each character is going to do as time unfolds. The Lord was gracious to show him the very beginning of the Gentile kingdoms (Dan. 2) and the end (Daniel 7-12). He writes and exhorted God's people to remain steadfast, know their God and take action. In this sermon Pastor Gideon concludes with the Theological implications of this passage and encourages us to remain steadfast in the knowledge of God. A. GOD is Sovereign (v.1-2) - In appointment of rulers and governing all events and seasons (Dan. 2:21-22) B. God is Supreme (v.3-24) 1. Over the laws of men - Decree (v.3-5) 2. Over the gods of men – Darius as a Deity (v.6-15) 3. Over the greatest enemy of men – Death (v.16-24) C. God is the Sustainer (v.21-24) D. God is the Only Savior (v.16-17, 22) Take time and listen to this full sermon from Daniel by Pastor Gideon Mpeni or get the audio format and download it from our podcast platforms SEARCH: Reconciled521/FBC on Apple podcast or Sportify.
