This week on Redirect Matthew and I discuss the Vice President's recent trip to Guatemala where she admonished would-be migrants not to come, and to pursue "legal" avenues instead. It turns out asylum *is* legal. Oh well.

Also, ICE prosecutors are finally armed with some real guidance on how and when to exercise prosecutorial discretion. However, the Attorney General still has not rolled back critical Trump-era decisions. Is there more to come?
