On the 6th episode of the ‘Redirection with Terri-Karelle’ podcast, my next guest’s transparency allows us to remove the stigma around mental health illness.
She will tell you about her journey to self-discovery, her journey to finding out what her disorders are, how she was able to manage it and she offers nuggets that help us understand the struggles of many people who we call our loved ones.
