17th September 2017 PM - Preacher: Jim de Witte - Bible Passage: Exodus 13:17-14:14 - We have reached one of the climaxes in the book of Exodus. The most well-known story of the Israelites leaving Egypt, being led by God, trapped by the sea, God bringing them through the sea and drowning the Egyptians. Movies and songs have been made of this part of the Exodus story and we will look at it over the next couple of evening services. There is a lot happening here and we begin by looking at the need to go God's way in life. It was true for the Israelites and it is true for us. As we go that way, we will see God glorified and his people rescued. Join us as we dig into this amazing story and see its parallel to our own story.
