In this episode of the Reformation Fellowship Podcast, Justin Schell talks with Andy Taylor and Michael Swindell about how pastors can intentionally do life together and encourage one another.

Andy Taylor has been the senior pastor of Arrow Heights since August of 2015. He is married to Laurie, and they have three children: Seth, Cole and Lexie. Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion (Bible emphasis) from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Masters of Divinity in Biblical languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Graduate Certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola University, and a Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching from The Master’s Seminary. In addition, Andy served for over 8 years as a full-time US Army Chaplain.

Michael Swindell is the connections and discipleship pastor at Wellspring Community Church in Hudsonville, MI. He is also a coach for those seeking to discern calling and identity, as well as leadership and ministry/career development. Michael has a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Wheaton College and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a thankful husband and father of two.
