Monday—Read verses 1-6. How does it describe worship? Is this simply an external exercise or does it go deeper (v. 3)? Does this kind of worship come naturally to you or is it hard?

Tuesday—What is it that makes worship hard? What do you need to combat this? What do you need more than anything if you are to praise and worship God with a joyful heart?

Wednesday—What does it meant that God remembers? (v. 7) Is he in danger of forgetting? If not, why does the Bible tell us he remembers? What does he remember?

Thursday—What is Joseph’s story? Why does verse 17 say that God sent Joseph? What did he send him to do? How did he do it? Who was he meant to teach us about? How?

Friday—How did later generations of Israelites use this psalm? How are you meant, all these years later, to benefit from it? What does it mean that you are an exile? How does Psalm 105 speak into your reality?
