In this episode, California educator Sarah Landis, co-founder of HyperDocs, shares ideas on Remote Learning that will allow teachers to shift from "assigners to designers" with digital lesson plans that focus on the three core elements of Explore, Explain and Apply. Landis, co-author of The HyperDoc Handbook: Digital Lesson Design Using Google Apps, with Lisa Highfill and Kelly Hilton, also offers advice for teachers and school leaders who may be dealing with the stress and anxiety of teaching during a global pandemic that has redefined what learning looks like in virtual classrooms. Finally, Landis reflects on her own experience this year as an Instructional Coach and how small victories can build momentum that will ultimately lead to more positive results.
