In this special episode we deep dive into the graduate programme and how it is to start off your career at Sofigate. The current graduates kick off with a very personal interview about the program, working tasks and some reflection upon their time at the company this far. Graduates of 2017-2018 are Eric Standár, Susanna Lasson, Albin Gropp, Petra Sundfeldt, Oscar Wiklund, Anna Ekelund and Victor Nydén. As a second part, the previous graduate Sophia Johansson tell us about her journey from graduate to where she is today. What are the differences in working assignment? How is the development curve?
