Henry Edward Northington was known to his friends and family as Eddie. He was a Navy Veteran who was struggling with alcoholism, living on the streets, living with the HIV virus and struggling with mental health issues. On March 1, 1999, Eddie's decapitated head was discovered in an area of James River Park known to be a popular, gay cruising area. Was this a hate crime or something equally sinister? His killer or killers have not been caught. Please listen and share in hopes that we can work together to bring his family justice and solve this 23 year old cold case.
