Immer mehr Menschen nutzen digitale Produkte und Dienstleistungen „auf Abruf“. Insbesondere dort, wo es sich um zweiseitige Märkte handelt, es also kein direktes Vertrags- oder Arbeitsverhältnis zwischen Leistungserbringer und Nachfrager gibt, haben VerbraucherInnen wenig Einblick, welche Arbeitsbedingungen mit einer per Mausklick ausgeführten Buchung verbunden sind.

Staatssekretär Thorben Albrecht will darüber diskutieren – mit Plattform-Unternehmer Nikita Fahrenholz, Startup-Expertin Lena Schiller-Clausen und Verbraucherschützer Klaus Müller.
