About John Morey
John was an avionics engineer and the salsa dancing pioneer in Huntsville, AL. He started his real estate adventure when he was fired from his job on May 13, 2016. He started with doing a couple of rehabs which was a complicated way to start. After the rehabs, he began to acquire rentals but found that being a landlord was not his thing. Then, he discovered the world of creative financing.
He started being the bank for others looking for a home but needed help to qualify for traditional bank financing. His business exploded because of his network. The folks in the network have provided him with support and funding. Then John moved into joint ventures. He enjoys making money with others. He is the deal maker, while others provide the funding. His current and evolving projects are tiny homes, seller financing Mobile home double wides, and purchasing 2 mobile home parks.
