Straight from the streets of the Bronx, New York, Franciscan Friar of the Renewal and show host Fr. Agustino Torres and actress/co-host Solanyi Rodriguez are coming to you with ways to live the Catholic faith out loud in today's current cultural context. Revive, launched in partnership with the USCCB's National Eucharistic Revival, tackles real questions from everyday Catholics and those curious about the Catholic faith (La Gente). Due to struggles with the faith, misunderstanding of Catholicism, or a fear of being ridiculed or judged, the questions of La Gente remain unanswered. Their work has shown them that young people want to live their faith authentically -- they want to keep it real -- but they don't want to be "weird". Father and Solanyi show how it is done through conversations with amazing guests on what they do to keep their faith alive and authentic, what they call "revive to keep it alive". In this first episode, Father Agustino and Solanyi give us an introduction filled with love, humor, stories, and all that we may expect from them and their future episode guests.
