FEET. Highly specialised structures. The foundation of much of our movement. Our connection to the earth. But, what about when feet develop a problem in their intricate network of bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, blood vessels, and nerves? In this episode of Best Health we speak to podiatrist, Natalie Bennett of Arches Podiatry, about the specialised care and therapy for your feet and all that is connected to them.

Natalie Bennett has been a podiatrist for nearly 30 years. She graduated in 1994 with a podiatry degree following a residency at Gosford Hospital in Sydney, Australia. In the early 2000s, Natalie completed a Master’s Degree in Health Management and Health Policy. During this time, she was also Area Director of Podiatry services for the Central and South Western Sydney regions, including nine hospitals and health centres.

In 2010, Natalie was invited to work in Bermuda. At this practice, she developed a strong reputation as a dedicated podiatrist providing foot care services, especially the long-term care of individuals with diabetic foot conditions. Natalie has been an active board member for both the Bermuda Diabetes Association Board and the Bermuda Podiatry Board.

Natalie is owner of Arches Podiatry and also co-owner of Island Sole shoe retailer.
