Jack Murphy, M.Arch. student and co-editor of "PLAT 8.0: Simplicty", spoke with Cullinan lecturer Tom Emerson, founder of 6a Architects and professor at the ETH Department of Architecture (Zurich), about his thoughts on materiality, the relationship between nature and architecture, and the scalar process of design.
