Prior to launching his strategic advisory firm, Nunery spent time in corporate banking, education and with the NBA – all while earning his doctorate in education from the University of Pennsylvania. Today, he is actively engaged as a DEI executive and consultant within the insurance industry. During this 30-minute episode, Nunery explains the positive impact DEI programs can have on an organization as well as the risks associated for businesses that do not prioritize these types of initiatives in the current corporate landscape. In addition, Nunery reflects on being a multi-generational entrepreneur and how that has shaped him into the leader he is today.
