Labor's reforms to the Reserve Bank are at a political impasse - and now they're copping heavy criticism from a former RBA governor.
Bernie Fraser told RN Breakfast says the "specialist" approach in the reforms cuts across the charter of the RBA - and will lead to a "preoccupation with inflation" to an exclusion of other things it must take into account as part of its charter.
