A report in The Saturday Paper revealed concerns that Our Watch is ignoring the impact of alcohol and other key factors in gender-based violence.
Data from the The Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education shows that alcohol is a factor in up to 65 per cent of all police-reported family violence incidents.
