One of the men accused of masterminding the September 11 terror attacks has agreed to plead guilty, in order to avoid the death penalty.

Terry Strada's husband was working in the World Trade Centre on September 11, 2001 and was tragically killed, she says she's "dissapointed" when she heard the news and she wanted the three men responsible to face the "consequences" of their action.
