Ronn Ford, today's guest, is a reluctant entrepreneur. Here was a guy who had worked in the automobile industry for many years. He was starting to scale back, doing some consulting. That, though, took him to China where he started to see the dangers of the newly industrialized world adding millions of gas-guzzling cars to our planet. It shocked him into action.
When he got back, he started to work on designs of cars powerful enough to satisfy the demands of today's drivers, clean enough to protect our environment. With more than 50 years experience, he quickly assembled the team and talent that today is Ronn Motor Group.
Of course, that is just the beginning of the story. Ronn's passion for building great cars is now out on the street. But, what makes it great? What powers these cars? Where are they built? Is he following the Tesla blueprint and building luxury models first, then jumping into mainstream cars? Why is he banking much of his future on hydrogen?
