In this episode, we spoke to Dr. Erik Peltz, one of the many excellent educators at UCH and the assistant director of the Trauma and Acute Care surgery division. Our discussion focused on how surgical education works on the trauma service when residents are faced with critically ill patients and without the ability to prepare for challenging cases ahead of time. We also spoke about challenges residents face with work hour restrictions, as well as pointers for residents for receiving feedback. Rate, like, and share, and follow us on twitter @RMSpod.
