Amina Sheik Mohamed MPH is the founding director of the Refugee Health Unit at the UC San Diego Center for Community Health. Amina is a public health leader who has gained national, state, and local recognition for her work advancing health equity. She is a recipient of the 2024 James Irvine Foundation Leadership Awards.
