Today I am speaking with award-winning children’s author and illustrator, Brendan Wenzel. Brendan will be making appearances throughout Marin County this next week with his latest book, “A Stone Sat Still” which has been selected by Marin County Parks as their debut Family-Friendly StoryWalk. From now until the end of the year, you can walk along the Mill Valley-Sausalito Multiuse Pathway at Bothin Marsh Open Space Preserve and follow the story which encourages readers to look, listen, and interact with the area.

Meet the Author:

Mill Valley Library, Thursday October 3rd at 3:30pm.

Marin City Library on Saturday October 5th at 10am. 25 copies of “A Stone Sat Still” will be given out to families in attendance. Call Marin City Library at 415-332-6158 to reserve a space and a book. One book per family will be given at the event while supplies last.

Bothin Marsh from 1-2pm as the StoryWalk debuts with author, Brendan Wenzel. RSVP required.

Marin County Parks will lead another walk from 10-11:30 a.m. Saturday October 19. RSVP required.
