This week Karen and Bec are joined by Soul Midwife, Funeral Celebrant and Death Educator Katie Costello. One of only 1000 soul midwifes in the world, Katie joins us to talk about what a role of a Soul Midwife is, what she has learned from working with the dying and people at end of life. We talk about resilience and why we need it as well as how societies view on grief and death has changed over the years and what Katie has learned about death - what is it we all need to know before we die.

Its a long this week, so you will definitely need the cuppa, maybe even a flask! There was so much good stuff we covered, as always, we could have talked forever!

So grab yourself a cuppa, find a comfortable spot and lets journey through grief together.
