In this episode I talk with Georgie about her experience racing in the elite invitational event, The Wingfield Sculls. Georgie is a successful international junior, U23, and development athlete rowing at University of London.We discussed how private/ invitational events differ from regular event sand how they are presented in the media. We also discussed how to promote events, such as this, better in the future and the steps being taken to help this today. Finally we talked about the most interesting and exciting styles or racing and what we can learn from it for other events.
