Movement is an important variation to meditation. Lets face it, some of us just don't like to sit still. Give yourself permission to allow your body to flow in rhythm with or without music. Some spiritual practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi & Qui Gong are just a few. Dance, gardening, cleaning & stretching qualify also. Lets not forget exercise such as swimming, walking & running are included.
I hope you can find your own techniques that allow you to release the thinking mind and relax into your own Zen flow.
