Chrissy started her journey about three years ago when she wanted to take control of her financial life. She went to a course to learn how to flip houses. She was very successful her first year and since has had some ups and downs. Here is what she learned from RTB on the podcast.
Profits: Her business has stabilized because she focused on cash flow and a base business rather than just her flips. She now buys and holds homes to rent.
People: She was burned a few time by contractors who were not comfortable working with women and who were not reliable. Know who you work with, and build a relationship built on trust and respect.
Process: Learn to control your schedule so you can grow your business and still have a good work life balance
