Lisa finalises her marathon training block with an impressive longest run ever and now heads into the taper for NYC Marathon in less than three weeks contemplating her pacing strategy. Meanwhile Brian rests up and continues the post mortem on a tough day at the office during the 2018 Melbourne Marathon and starts tinkering with toe spacers.
