In this episode we are discussing how to prevent freezing water lines in your RV. What perfect timing as the temps all over the USA seem to be dipping below freezing and causing major havoc all over!
One of the most damaging things that can happen to you and your RV is water damage! Water can cause mold and also delaminates many of the wood surfaces in the RV.
When water freezes, it expands. This expansion can cause the hoses and pex lines to expand. This expansion can cause cracks and subsequently cause water leaks!
So, how can you prevent water lines from freezing? We recommend the following 3 items (all can be found on amazon)
Note: These links are our affiliate links, and using them gives us a small commission and helps support this show!

  1. Camco heated RV water Hose
  2. Outdoor Faucet Cover for winter
  3. Small space heater for outdoor storage

**Note: for the space heater, make sure you get one that has automatic shut off if it tips over and overheating protection

Profit first (discussed in podcast)
