Traveling the US has many challenges. One of which, is trying to maintain a fitness routine while moving around. Sure, you can join local gyms for the times you'll be in areas that have them, but what if you're in areas that don't have this available?
In an earlier episode, we talked about changing our mindset on what "Is fitness" and being okay thinking of fitness in a non traditional sense.
Now that we've been on the road for over a year, we've realized that fitness and strength training is still very important to us. But, with a trailer comes the consideration on "Weight capacities" and not overloading the rig for travel. Not to mention, the storage! So, short of going to the store and buying lots of heavy weights and other equipment we discussed some of the alternative items we were able to utilize to continue strength training!
