Professor Roberts discussed his feelings of hope even after the October 7 attack and how he is coping as a newcomer to the State of Israel. We spoke about the anti-Israel protests in the US and Roberts' opinion that "the faculty and the administration of American universities seem remarkably tolerant of the exclusion of Jews." Roberts also explained why the economy has taken a back seat in American politics and how Israel can overcome the economic hurdles it faces as a result of the war.
