The Gospel is more than just a message of forgiveness, it is the declaration that the image of God has been restored in humanity. In the first episode of “The Secret Power of the Gospel,” we examine how the work of the cross not only declares God’s unconditional love for mankind, but is also the undoing of the distorted image we have of ourselves and God. In this episode: * At the fall, humanity’s eyes were opened to self-consciousness and the illusion of separation distorted our self-image and true identity * On the cross, Jesus absorbed the illusion of separation into His body, restoring us to our true identity - the image and likeness of God * On the cross, Jesus disentangled us from the law and entangled us with Himself * The salvation of the Gospel isn’t just forgiveness, it is the restoration of our union with God If you’d like to dive deeper into working with Holy Spirit to reveal your true identity in Christ, schedule a free breakthrough call with us: https://schlyce.krtra.com/t/ahbfKYlU1PlF
